To improve reporting, it is essential to get very detailed information from community partners. Without their help, we couldn’t put our finger on the impact reached by the projects we finance or build together. If in the first year of using the LBG tool we had some trouble finding certain information, in this second year we have focused our efforts on communicating with partners to explain our reporting work to them and as a result the quality of information has substantially improved. So, I would like to thank them most of all because, besides our effort to build and implement impactful programs, they have understood how important it is to provide as detailed reporting as possible. |

We have chosen the LBG model because it helps us best monitor this type of community contributions and because the people who implement this system in Romania are some of the most skillful and responsible I’ve ever met
