The LBG core element consists in evaluating and reporting the value of investments and outputs of corporate community programs.
The service is based on a theoretical model that helps to structure and quantify the outputs that the company has reached for each CCI activity, project or program. The theoretical model and the data collection matrix provide the adequate framework for attaching cash value to different types of resources.
Using the LBG model structure, companies may measure their total contributions to community programs. The theoretical model goes beyond the standard limit of quantifying cash donations and takes into account the value of the time spent by employees as volunteers, pro-bono work, the time allocated to program management and in-kind donations.

For each project it endorses, the company needs to answer to the following questions:
